Inna V. Nasikan

She was born on June 17, 1971, in Armavir, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation. In 1993, she graduated with honours from Armavir State Pedagogical Institute, specialising in Mathematics and Physics, qualifying as a teacher of mathematics and physics. In 2015, she obtained a Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on Organisational Economics.

Currently, she holds the position of ViceRector for Educational Activities at the Russian State University of Tourism and Service. Her total work experience spans 32 years, with 30 years in teaching and academic leadership. Her career trajectory in the education system includes positions from mathematics teacher to ViceRector of a pedagogical university and subsequently ViceRector of a specialised university in tourism and service.

Since September 1, 2024, she has served as Chairperson of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association for Secondary Vocational Education in the enlarged group of professions and specialities 43.00.00 “Service and Tourism.”

She has been awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (December 2017) and a Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for her outstanding organisational work in the “University Shift2022” project (October 2022).
