The first industrial-gastronomic tour appeared in Kuzbass

On the eve of Miners' Day, the first industrial-gastronomic tour in the region was launched in the Kemerovo Oblast. It introduces guests to the coal mining and mining traditions, according to the press service of "Kuzbassorazhegol" - one of the oldest open coal mining companies in Russia.

The tour begins at the Cedar Coal Drive. After visiting the production site, guests can enjoy a themed dinner at the restaurant "Zavoi". Specifically for the new tour, the restaurateurs developed a themed menu of five local cuisine dishes that reflect the nature of minework and gastronomic traditions.

The industrial and gastronomic tour was named "From boccia to Boccia" and is included in the program of industrial tourism in the region. Every year, the coal cuts of Kuzbass receive more than 2,000 guests.
